Shelf life of egg products is routinely checked after every 6 months in unopened packages for each type of products, which are generally stored in dark and dry room at an ambient room temperature.

All egg products are regularly monitored for their functionality as well as to evaluate their microbiological conditions for the safety of products throughout their entire shelf life. A thorough analysis of all variants of egg products for their colour, odour, taste, shape, size, texture, etc. is carried out at the end of shelf life after 6 months in order to analyse it’s microbiological and physical parameters.

Additionally, for every final product batch, samples are retained and kept till the end of shelf life for all variants of egg products.
